This is remake my saba-somen.

I want more easy cook that.

I was using the sardines can, not use the boiled mackerel can.

This is Iwashi-somen my original stayle.

I was going to Hokuriku aria last month for Saba Road. I want to love more Saba somen, but do not to get Yaki Saba in Tokio. OK, I think same taste other method.

This is sardine can of one dollar shop, taste is boiled soy sauce.

 This is too sweet, I dropped it in milk pot add some water and heat. Add like a string turmeric. I boil Somen other pot one minute, wash it cooled water, and into the Iwashi sauce milk pot. One minute after, complete Iwashi-Somen.
