I was given home work from client.

It is a Donburi for microwave cooking, in most cases used for instant Ramen.

$1.00 shop goods, they said have to make you  something other than instant Ramen.

 Carrot, Onion, Cabbage, pork and "kanikama"

 There are 2 minutes for 500W microwave, and next add chicken soup, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, lard, milk and water, microwave again 2 minutes.

Add Ramen, and 5 minutes by microwave,  it is complete. I could make "Chanpon-Men"

　というわけで、なんとか形にはなったが、この先仕事で使うことがあるのだろうか、このネタは。疑問だ…。

I would boiled Raw-Udon in the cooking pot for microwave, made a Kake-Udon and Salada-Udon.

　結局インスタントラーメンを作ることはなく、生のウドンを茹でることに。袋を割いて2分温めてから5分茹でるか、水に麺を落として7分茹でるかが思案のしどころ。
