Change from disposable bottle to permanent oil candle.

My favorite goods is candle lantern but...

I will decorate Candle Lantern under the side awning.
　最近のお気に入りのグッズに、キャンドルランタンがある。単価が安いので、いくつも買ってサイドオーニング下の飾りも兼ねてつるすと雰囲気が出て良い感じ。

Running cost is very expensive in Japanese use, candle and disposable candle are too expensibe for me.

　キャンドルは、100均などで３つ入りが買えるが、コレは大分純度がよくないようで残りカスがいっぱい出る。その状態で風にランタンが煽られると、ガラスのホヤがベッタベタになって後始末が大変。

　そこで、使い捨てのオイルキャンドルという商品が見つかったので早速購入してみると、それは素敵な燃焼。

　ただ、使った後のボトルが分別とかしにくく始末に悪い。それそのものの出来がいいので、捨てるにはもったいないし…

I got some used bottles, yes! I will remake those to refill type.
　といわけで、工作心剥き出しに使用済みボトルを持ち帰り作業開始。

I make a hole and pull out wick by router.
　まずは、かしめられた蓋がはずれないので、燃料注入用に口を開けた。

I thought difficult refill of oil to the bottle. For that I make more holes and made wick picker by the paper clip.
　次に、芯を抜くために少し大きめの穴を開け、クリップを加工し落ち込んだ芯を取り出せるように。もちろん芯の出具合の調整にも利用。注入口は、空気抜きも必要なので３つに増設。

I made wicks from tissue paper, and use vegetable oil for fuel.
　芯はティッシュペーパーを紙縒りにしたもの。突き出しは５mmくらいが妥当だろうか。
